I like Music Creator, for it allows to quickly setup a line of music.

The major point of improvement that is left though, is that the event windows should be expanded with a dropdown selection (or other means) that allow to select the octave of the chord.

Without that, the artistic freedom is too limited.

You can choose the octave in the Piano and Distorted guitar channels. The clean guitar patterns play open chords, so there no octave selection.

The piano template has indeed full octave selection possibilities.
The distorted guitar only has two.

I think all templates should have full octave selection possibilities. That is, the selected octave specifies the location of the base note of the chord (which is marked by \"1\" in the strums).

I\'ve tried to make a rock number using the distored guitar and drums, but a lot of times I needed a chord on another octave, which was not possible.

Please, reconsider Smile ...

It\'s such a marvellous piece of software so far.. it\'s such a pity if it strands on this, I think, relatively easy implementable feature.
(as it\'s only extra octaves, backward compatibility should not be much of a problem). I\'m willing to sponsor the development with $100, if that\'d persuade you.
