Hi Rudy,

Try searching for files with the videodemo extension using the Find function (F3). Once you get the results, you\'ll know where the files where installed.

You need to open the files inside the video viewer included with KB Piano.
Just load any tutorial from the list inside KB Piano, and then in the video viewer click the Open button

Try loading any of the videos directly in windows media player. Doing so will download the required codecs (if that\'s the problem).

The videos can be found inside the programs folder, usually \"c:\\program files\\easy audio mixer\".
You can also search for the file \"tut - Channels.wmv\", if you don\'t find the program folder.
