Hi, I\'m interested in the ear training excercises and the chord tool seems good but it will only play A major, D major and E major. Is that because the shareware doesn\'t play all the other chords?

I\'m interested in being able to test for all the chords in a given key, i.e have it play randomly A major, B minor, C# minor, D maj, E maj, F# min, G# minb5. Also in other keys and in minor keys.

Will the full version do that?

If so I\'m getting it.

Thanks,

Frank

Hi Frank, you can select the chord types in the chords to use list. If you don\'t see the list, click options button.

Hi Gabriel, thanks for your quick reply. I realize now what I was doing wrong on the chord ear training exercise. To work on my computer...

When I want to select additional chords or change chords I have to first choose \'end\', then select the chords and then choose start.

Gabriel,

I don\'t know if your planning on any updates in the future but I have a suggestion...

When working on the chord exercise, it takes between 4 and 5 mouse clicks to select the answer. How about an interface like in Ear Training Exercise 1 you could click the letter in the box plus another list of chord types (i.e. major, minor, minor7 etc.). That way you could answer with just two clicks.

And how about selecting a \"next\' button that would just play the next randome chord. I find myself sitting with my guitar and finding the chords on the guitar so I\'m not always interested in selecting the answer on the PC as I\'ve already found it on the guitar and just want the next chord to play.

I\'m liking the software for some needed ear training.

Cheers,

Frank

Thanks for the suggestions Frank, I\'ll try to implement these features in the next version.
