\"KB Piano has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience\"

Why is this message generated on Windows XP while doing a simple open and close operation? Even if some keys are played without saving file, and then KB Piano Pro is closed, this error message shows up. After saving the file, it does not seem to show up.

Is there some closing problem with KBPiano Pro?

I think you are talking about the problem that KB Piano crashes when you close it.

I\'m sorry, but I can\'t fix the problem. This happens only in some computers.

I once got the same problem, so I tried to fix it, but the exception (the crash) occurs inside the visual basic runtimes used by KB Piano (not by the KB Piano code). Because of this I can\'t fix that problem.

However, the crash occurs after kb piano code is terminated, so, you won\'t lose any data because of the crash.
