KB CRASHING
hi, my KB Piano 2.3 keeps crashing, can u help me?

Do you do something specific when it crashes (like trying to export a file), or it just crashes at random ?

is just crashes randomly after like an hour or two it just closes saying something about 'out of range'. i cant remember but it sometimes it
suddenly has black stripes all across the screen, a msg pops up then it shuts down.

i installed that de-bug u sent me and my kb is now worse, when i copy and paste sections its all mixed up, some keys change notes on their own, its
not crashiong but its definitely falling apart. it ends up being time consuming fixing the problems especially when it creates more and more faults.

I'll work on a new debug version then. When you say copy and paste sections, are you talking about the music creator ?
So I can test that in the next version, before I send it to you.

no its when i copy and paste in the events editor, that's where the problem is, it malfunctions when i do these things. can you fix it?

It shouldn't, but you can try right clicking on the KB Piano desktop icon and selecting "Run as administrator". That should fix the problem, if it
is caused by Vista.

Its definitely falling apart. it ends up being time consuming fixing the problems especially when it creates.

Well, I updated my software to work fine with vista, but there are problems because of the old development technology used for KB Piano. I’m
working now with the newest technology, but you’ll have to wait for a major update (version 3.0) to take advantage of this.
